Birth preferences are more than a document you give your care team. The exercise, guided by a practicing doula, lets you sit with different options and possible outcomes so you can figure out what feels right for you — from who’s in the room to pain management.

Postpartum planning

Make the abstract of the postpartum experience tangible with a practicing postpartum doula. They’ll help you understand a day in postpartum life, establish parenting roles in your family, and answer questions about infant feeding, sleep, items to have on hand, and more.
