This one-on-one call will be to discuss what you are going through with your symptoms and/or diagnosis, and to see if you will qualify as a patient at Infinity Health and Body.

Once we have talked and gone over everything, if you are qualified, you will then be booked for a face to face conversation with Dr. Cunningham in the office.
