These classes are perfect for children who struggle with sitting still in school. We offer an educational space that welcomes students to come as they are. Lessons of history, language, and math are embodied in our movements and music.

This class series will introduce students to the basic elements of Capoeira Angola: movement, music, singing, history, and philosophy. We welcome everyone. Come ready to have fun, sweat, and connect with our community!
