Sunday Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that includes Sanskrit chanting, yogic breathing, intentional movement, and guided meditation. This class is accessible to yogis at all levels of experience and mobility. We begin at a slow pace to build a solid foundation for beginners, and offer cues to add complexity when appropriate. Colleen has been teaching yoga since 2009. She trained in accessible yoga and knows how to offer variations and support for folks with disabilities and injuries.
