This class meets at Beech Grove Tang Soo Do on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. It is ideal for beginners and those looking to cultivate a regular meditation practice. Each class opens and closes with guided relaxation and meditation and includes yogic breathing and movement at a pace to support safety and accessibility. We offer cues to add complexity and intensity when appropriate. All are welcome! No fancy attire or equipment is needed. Mats and props are provided.
